KIRKLAND

DRUNK CRASHES TWICE: An 18-year-old Kirkland man was arrested for suspected drunken driving after crashing his 1994 Mazda into a tree Halloween night. Police said the driver was in a collision earlier and was leading the other driver involved to an ATM machine to pay for damages when he sped off at a high rate. Police said the 18-year-old then took a wrong turn and crashed into a tree in the 10000 block of Northeast Points Drive. He faces charges of underage drunken driving.
