SWINDLE: An Auburn woman reported that a man and woman she met at a casino in Fife talked her into giving them $10,000 and they would give her $60,000 that she could donate to local churches. She went to her Auburn bank with the woman and withdrew the money. The woman handed her the other money wrapped in a bandanna. When she got home, the woman discovered the money she received was rolled-up newsprint.

ASSAULT: A woman slapped, pushed and knocked her father out of his chair, then unplugged the phone while he was dialing 911 on Wednesday at a residence in the 22200 block of S.E. 275th Place.
