CAR ARGUMENT: A 46-year-old Renton woman was arrested for assault after she pushed an employee of a car dealership and threatened him with a broom at her home Tuesday afternoon. Two employees of the dealership were trying to retrieve a car her nephew had purchased because the financing wasn't completed. The woman told the employee he was a dead man. The incident occurred in the 300 block of Sunset Boulevard North.

DV ASSAULT: Police responded to a domestic violence assault report at 9 a.m. Oct. 24 in the 19100 block of Northeast 65th Way. They arrested a 25-year-old Redmond woman.

ATTEMPTED CAR THEFT: A man heard someone trying to steal his car and confronted him in the 500 block of M Street Southeast early Thursday morning. The thief attempted to run but the owner of the car tackled him. Police arrested the man and booked him into the city jail after he received medical treatment.

BUSTED: A car pulling onto 112th Avenue Southeast near Southeast 256th Street about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday nearly hit a passing police car. When the driver was pulled over, he told the officer he had smoked ``one little roach'' of marijuana. He was cited and released, police said.

ASSAULT: Police investigated an assault report at Redmond High School the night of Oct. 25. They determined that one boy was assaulted multiple times by another boy. The suspect has been identified, and the investigation is ongoing.

PROWLER: A Sammamish man's 2000 Lexus LS400 was broken into during the day Oct. 29. Nothing was taken and the prowler left a comb behind. The vehicle was unlocked in the victim's driveway in the 200 block of Southeast 33rd Place.
